Shipping Policy
Shipping Terms
- Safe shipping is our priority, hence, we use only the leading courier companies for shipment.
- We like to keep you Happy, thus shipping is free for the order value more than Rs. 450.
Delivery Time
- Your order will be processed within 3-4 working days and delivered within 5-7 working days.
- Orders based on customization will be delivered on agreed time with customer. In case of change Customer will be duly informed about same.
- Delivery time is also subject to unforeseen/unexpected events like transport delay, bad weather or anything that is beyond our control.
Tracking
- You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
- Sometimes due to system updating, you may receive the tracking number couple of days later from the date of order.
- If you are still unable to track the order, you may please contact us.
Lost Courier
- Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before placing the order. HTNM Healthy foods Pvt Ltd is not liable, unless the error is from our side.
Damaged Delivery
- Customers are requested to report damaged delivery with 24 hours from the time of receipt of order.
- Customer should provide pictures and videos of the damaged product while placing the complaint.
Cancellation of Order Placed
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hrs upon placement.
- Cancellation after shipment is discretional.
- We reserves the right to cancel an order within 48 hours of its placement.
